Phat Club Friday


Hi everyone, I'd like to officially welcome all of you to my new feature Phat Club Friday!
I figured as I was going to be having a weigh-in every week for at least a year until I get down to my target weight I might as well make a regular feature of it. Of course, I've already posted for a few weeks, but now I've made a banner for it and everything.   ; ) I'll also be posting a new photo and my measurements every four weeks, and in between that just the weigh-in results.

This week, I lost:



1 1/2 lbs!

  2. I've come via Beyond Blogging for Scrapbookers too. Hello! Good luck with the weight loss, I'm a 'Rosemary Conley' girl, at target weight now and see sawing between one pound off one week and one pound on again the next, but I am maintaining (just!) I'm so looking forward to the first prompt on Monday and will be popping back to your blog very soon!

  10. One and a half pounds is great - good for a steady dieter (none of the 10 pounds in one week then put it all one plus some more stuff!). You are doing well...
