Weigh In - Week 1

Just to let you know I lost......

4 1/2 lbs!

So, if I can loose another 3lbs next week, then I'll have lost half a stone in a fortnight. I know that's just because it's the first couple of weeks, but if I can loose 2lbs a week, that'd be great.
