Hi everyone, sorry with delay with post, just a quick post to let you know that I lost 2lbs this week, which is good, but I have to admit to being a little disapointed that I hadn't lost 6lbs again this week but I know that's just being greedy and I am happy really, I promise. So my new weight is 18st 10lbs. For some reason the scales measured me as a whole inch shorter than my actual height of 5'6" so my BMI is actually worse than last week. I certainly feel a bit less "chinny" this week, but I don't feel like my stomach is getting smaller.
I was quite naughty this week as far as the exercise goes, I promised myself I'd go swimming on my last day off, but I'm a bit funny about going new places on my own and I really wanted hubby to come with me to the pool but he wasn't feeling well so I chickened out! I've also not been doing so much walking other than at work, and not eating so much salad so I think that has all made a difference. My treat for this week was a strawberry cupcake from Costa Coffee, yum : )
